我院创立于1999年6月，2000年3月学校宣布获得单独办校资质。校园内占地近600亩（与四川托普信息科技职业学校共享资源），教学楼总建筑面积1.63万平方。截至2013年末学校机器设备财产使用价值380万余元，配有七个互联网主机房和一个计算机组装与维护保养实作室，及其多媒体课室、图书室、美术画室等好几个作用室。学校体育场地齐备，有足球队运动场地、篮球赛运动场地、网球运动场地及规范运动场等各种各样学生主题活动设备。距今11届2300多位大学毕业生，就业达100%，计算机技术技术专业为成都市关键技术专业。
